This SCAT (Short Combat Accuracy Test) by developed by Tom Givens. Scoring is by hit factor, dividing actual time into actual points. To score high you must be accurate at speed. This drill includes dominate hand shooting, non-dominate hand shooting, low ready to head shot, and draw/shoot from 5, 7, and 10 yards. This is one of the best drills for self defense distances.
